If you use the inquiry form, we collect the information you type in — typically your name, email, message, and optional service of interest. You may also mention a phone number in your note.

When you visit the site, our host may collect basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. That is ordinary website traffic information, not something we ask you to fill out.

We use inquiry details to answer booking questions and talk about services. We use technical data to keep the site running and reasonably secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade guest lists.

Inquiry form submissions are emailed to lmkofford@gmail.com through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms handles that handoff so the note can reach Lauren’s inbox.

Appointments are booked through Vagaro, which is a third-party scheduler. When you book there, Vagaro’s privacy policy applies to the information you give them. We do not control Vagaro’s forms or how they store payment or account details.

This site links out to Instagram (@cosmobylauren_). If you follow that link, you are on Instagram’s platform, and their policies apply.

If you are a California resident, you can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information.

To make a request, email lmkofford@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and a way we can reach you. We will respond as promptly as a small studio reasonably can.

We keep inquiry emails as long as we need them to reply, follow up, or run the chair. When a note is no longer needed, we delete it.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Please check back if you want the current wording.
